



About the gym
Breath of Fresh Air Fitness Club is located by the river rail trail, giving us the opportunity to open our garage doors to enjoy fresh air and scenic views on nice days. Our workouts rely primarily on bodyweight movements and traditional fitness equipment, while incorporating occasional non-traditional tools, such as rebounders, to keep training varied and enjoyable. We prioritize exercising in clean, fresh facilities, and our rail trail location also allows us to use a blend of fitness equipment and the surrounding natural space.
We offer supervised open gym, BFA Workouts of the Day (group fitness), and Personal Training. We believe everyone deserves a comfortable, supported entry into fitness, and we’re proud to offer two onboarding options to help you begin your journey at BFA, whether you're interested in personal training (Breathe-Easy Personal Training Onboarding Packages) or dipping your toes into group workouts (Foundations Membership). Our Exercise Specialists lead all fitness programming, coaching, and day-to-day operations, working closely with leadership to integrate medical insight and guidance into the approach to wellness. Together, we form a team with a full range of expertise to help you make lifestyle changes.
