Our Foundations Program is a 6-week onboarding membership for beginners to experience a structured and safe introduction to small group training, strength workouts, and functional movements. Exercise Specialists will work directly with you on building a strong foundation for the essential movements used in our daily BFA Group Workouts while helping you establish strength, skill, and confidence to move forward. Before starting your BFA Foundations Program, a 1:1 initial fitness assessment with an Exercise Specialist will establish a baseline and confirm if Foundations is the best starting point for you.
Next Cohort Starting April 27th
Classes are on Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:45 pm and Saturdays at 11 am.
Week 1: Foundations 101, Squat 101, Hinge 101
Week 2: Push 101, Pull 101, Lunge/Rotational 101
Week 3 + 4: Push, Pull, Stability/Mobility
Weeks 5 + 6: Push, Pull, Full Body/Graduation
These classes are workout-based; you will be moving while learning! Please wear comfortable and flexible clothing with sneakers. We plan for and encourage regular water breaks, so also bring a water bottle if you can. We have a clean, filtered water fountain for refills and drinking, cups available, and drinks available for purchase.
