Join us in BFA Workouts of the Day, included with Standard Club and Personal Training Memberships. Experience improved strength, endurance, function, and balance. BFA workouts of the Day are programmed by exercise specialists and coached in group sessions to foster a supportive community. Class size is limited to 8 for adequate supervision and safety, so reserve your spot starting one week prior to class. The workouts are intense yet safe and efficient (45 minutes max). Most exercises use bodyweight movements and traditional fitness equipment, with occasional non-traditional tools like rebounders to keep workouts engaging and fun.
BFA Workouts of the Day focus on functional movements and improved overall fitness. The workouts are structured through periodization, an evidence-based method of strength training, that safely increases overall strength, stability, mobility, flexibility, balance, power, muscle mass, and muscle endurance, while preventing plateauing, injuries, and fatigue. A whole year of fitness is planned, segmented into season-focused goals, phased into monthly goals with workouts adjusted to the needs and progress of our members. The daily workouts are specially tailored to meet goals and progressively overload each week for safe and effective strength training.
Members can choose between two workout tracks, recognizing different goals, with additional modifications within each track:
