Join us in BFA Workouts of the Day at Breath of Fresh Air Fitness Club in Morgantown. Experience improved strength, endurance, function, and balance through exercise utilizing body weight movements and traditional physical fitness equipment.
Membership in Breath of Fresh Air Fitness Club in Morgantown, WV, includes our BFA workouts of the Day. These workouts are programmed by exercise specialists and coached in group sessions to foster a supportive community. They are intense and strength-focused yet safe, varied, and efficient (45 minutes max).
