At Breath of Fresh Air Fitness Club, an Individual Assessment is the first step towards a healthier you. You will meet individually with one of our highly credentialed coaches for a comprehensive intake and evaluation of your baseline fitness. A customized workout plan will be made for you so that you can start to exercise in the gym safely. Your beginning measurements will be logged in our Members only app so that you can track your progress over time, providing motivation. Repeat assessments to track progress are encouraged to be scheduled every three to four months or as desired by each member through scheduling an hour of personal training.
