We offer a unique variety of specialized programs including Assisted Stretch, Metabolic/HIIT classes, and Rebounding. Members can also borrow one of our bikes and use it on the adjacent rail trail.
We believe we are the only gym in town offering rebounding. Rebounding classes are 30-minute low impact classes on the mini-trampoline paired with core exercises on the mat. We ask you to arrive to class warmed up with around 10 minutes of physical activity prior. Rebounding classes are limited to 6 participants so be sure to reserve your spot early!
Metabolic/HIIT classes are 45 minute classes that were added by member request. These classes are designed to improve cardiovascular fitness while maintaining and building muscle. Everyone is welcome in these classes, whether your goals are weight management, healthy aging, or improved fitness. These classes, like any of our BFA Workouts, are great for Club members taking GLP1s. They are appropriate for all levels.
We also take advantage of our Club's rail trail location by meeting for Trail Club. You can walk or run for Trail Club, or even borrow one of our BFA Cruiser bikes. Trail Club is weather-dependent and offered seasonally. Check the member app for updates.
Assisted stretch is a one-on-one session scheduled in 10 minute intervals. Ask for a free sample stretch!
