Whether you’re interested in personal training or dipping your toes into group workouts, we offer introductory onboarding options designed to help you ease into the gym with confidence and support. Or bypass onboarding if you have baseline exercise comfort or the onboarding options don't align with your preferences. During onboarding, you’ll learn proper technique, get comfortable with equipment, and build confidence at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

Our Foundations Membership is perfect for people who want to onboard within the group class environment. This 6-week beginner membership guides you through the basics of strength training in a small, supportive class setting while being coached by highly qualified Exercise Specialists. It’s an ideal starting point for anyone who likes the motivation of working out with others and wants extra structure and individualized guidance while getting started.

Our Breathe-Easy 6-Week Personal Training Onboarding Packages offer a similar beginner-friendly onboarding option, but in a personal-training format. New members get expert instruction and a structured 6-week progression — all at a special introductory personal training rate. This is the best personal training value (especially Buddy rates) and this is a one time option only available to new members within 30 days of joining the Club. Includes:

●      Pre- and post- body composition and fitness assessments

●      6-week progression plan

●      Full Club Membership privileges that includes access to open gym and group workouts, including Foundations Classes if desired

●      Priority reservations for group classes

●      Choice of either 3x weekly, 2x weekly, or once weekly Personal Training sessions. We know it is easier to start a new habit with a friend, so we have special buddy rates too!
