Personal training at Breath of Fresh Air Fitness Club is crafted to cater to individuals of all fitness levels. You will have 1:1 instruction with an assigned trainer (or 1:2 "buddy" personal training for a fun and economical option). Our attention is on you through every move, rep, and weight change of each workout to help you progress towards your goals with precision. All Personal Training packages, except the single á la carte session, include Club Access Membership privileges that allows you to join open gym and group workouts.

New Members have a One Time Option to purchase Personal Training with a Breathe-Easy 6-week Onboarding Package at the best possible personal training rates, especially buddy rates (within 30 days of joining Club.) After completion of onboarding, members interested in personal training can select from the standard personal training packages.
