Study says: Minimize muscle loss from GLP1s

GLP-1 medications have helped people successfully achieve and maintain weight loss; however, losing muscle has been a significant concern. This link to a Medical News Today article describes research finding that strength training and protein intake were key to keeping muscle while losing weight while using GLP-1 agonists. With proper exercise, nutrition, and professional guidance it is possible to have significant fat loss while still maintaining lean muscle mass.
